In August 2023 ITAR supported Plan International Romania with an assessment for DEC Phase 2a CVA assistance. More specifically, the distribution (1) Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) of a cash voucher assistance (CVA) distribution and to conduct (2) an assessment of the CVA component’s contribution to achieving child protection outcomes. The combined findings of the assessments were meant to produce lessons learned and generate action-oriented recommendations for future improvements and adjustments to this and future interventions.
ITAR’s approach relied on a survey with beneficiaries in four centres of the implementing partner ADRA across the country. This survey is combined with KIIs with ADRA’s staff and beneficiaries; as well as FGDs with beneficiaries.
