Funded by the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), Solidarités International and the International Medical Corps have implemented from 2021 to 2025 a project which aimed at providing a multisectoral response to communities’ complex vulnerabilities.

ITAR conducted the final evaluation of the project which aimed to assess the achievement of intended outcomes, the quality of the intervention and services delivered, as well as the good practices and learning points from the implementation. The evaluation framework relied on OECD/DAC quality criteria to provide an objective analysis of the project’s (1) relevance and coherence, (2) effectiveness, (3) efficiency, as well as (4) impact and sustainability.

The evaluation employed a comprehensive methodology, including an in-depth desk review of project documentation and mixed data collection through 21 Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), 15 Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and a quantitative survey of 423 households. The assignment provided practical recommendations to guide partners’ future interventions in Yemen.
