The company was responsible for the coordination of the writing of a consortium’s proposal to the yearly call for proposals published by ECHO in Lebanon. The consortium was composed of Action Against Hunger, KAFA, and Relief International.
ITAR Consultants’ role was to coordinate the process of conception of the project and lead the writing of the proposal. This included a revision of the different actors’ methodologies and capacities to suggest options for a coordinated integrated approach proposing protection and health services as well as Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA).
